**Responsibilities**:
- Craft and place compelling job advertisements across various platforms.
**Interview Coordination and Calendar Management**:
- Efficiently arrange interviews for the Recruitment Manager, ensuring a seamless process.
- Take charge of managing the recruitment calendar, optimizing schedules for maximum efficiency.
**Confidentiality and Ethical Standards**:
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics in handling sensitive information.
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines throughout the recruitment process.
**Database Management and Reporting**:
- Maintain up-to-date databases, reports, and sheets with accurate and relevant details.
- Provide a reliable source of data for strategic decision-making.
**Initiative and Proactivity**:
- Take the initiative to assist with onboarding processes and other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Recruitment Manager.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
**Tech-Savvy and Excel Guru**:
- Excel in navigating various systems and social media platforms.
- Showcase advanced Excel skills for efficient data management.
