- The Head of Technology will work closely with the Executive Committee to design and architect the technology roadmap for the organisation. The incumbent will research the best solutions to meet requirements, be it 3rd party development, low code solutions or in-house development. Furthermore, the Head of IT will manage a small team of highly skilled specialists and further develop the technology competence in the business.- 10 years’ experience as IT professional
- 5 years CTO/Head of IT experience in a small to medium enterprise
- Fintech experience highly advantageous
- **d. **Experience of development and architecture background. Check whether they have managed a team of developers (internal or outsourced) before. This is important for the role.**

- Strong architectural experience-
