The senior manager is responsible for the development and implementation of company's TCO and category management strategy relating to industrial products, services and MROS spend categories.

The development and implementation of the strategy shall occur within the ambit of a well-established TCO/category management philosophy whilst also drawing from total cost of ownership (“TCO”) principles.

This position is responsible for ensuring that each business unit benefits from a lowest realised cost of ownership.

Qualifications:

- NQF 8 equivalent qualification in Supply Chain/Procurement/Financial management.
- TCO and category management relevant training.

**Experience**:

- 5 years seasoned management experience within a relevant procurement environment.
- Management experience within labour related services environment will be of an additional advantage.

**Develop a clear service demand strategy**
- Collaboration with operations at each business unit and understand operational parameters and constraints affecting spend under management
- In conjunction with operations, develop a most cost-effective onsite technical services solution best able to achieve operational requirements in a cost efficient manner.

**Salary**: R40,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month
