**REPORTS TO**:Supply Chain Manager

**LOCATION**:Heidelberg, South Africa

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The New Categories Supply Chain Manager will be accountable for supporting the operational delivery across the NC Supply Chain Function.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Accountable for full end to end New Categories Supply Chain Function
- Collaboration with SNO & local Supply Chain for On time delivery and supply of FG to achieve volume & profit targets.
- Support NPI delivery OTIF
- Drive performance deliverables for New Categories - OTIF; CFR; Working Capital (Durations and costs).
- Ensure effective controls and governance are in place for New Categories Supply Chain processes and accounts.
- Support operational delivery and project management of the end-to-end process within the Supply Chain Function.
- Develop full project plan with input from functional experts. Monitor and manage project schedule as per the project plan.
- Provide Supply Chain Team with visibility of project status. Effective and timely sign posts of decisions required to drive OTIF.
- Enable informed decision making for Commercial Business Partner.
- Effective sign post of Supply Chain related project costs to budget holders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to develop aligned plans & priorities, resolve project issues and secure support necessary to assure project delivery with the right level of visibility to facilitate informed decision making.
- Establish, lead and motivate cross functional teams as necessary to successfully deliver projects and drive and support collaboration within and across teams (Internal & External), functions and end-markets.
- Contribute to Supply Chain continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage Twisp demand planning as input into the Demand Review Meeting & SOP
- Ensuring raw materials to finish product is achieved in the most flexible, cost effective and efficient way practicable
- Manage Twisp Logistics network and identify opportunities for innovation and optimization
- Oversight & Manage the Twisp Supply Chain budget and financials

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in Supply Chain Management.
- A graduate in Business Management would be an added advantage.
- Flexible and reliable team player who acts in the best interest of the department and company as a whole.
- Excellent communication, people management and change management skills as well as ability to manage relationships professionally
- Independent and takes ownership of tasks whilst displaying a skillset for troubleshooting.
- Disciplined in paperwork and records management to manage healthy, auditable projects.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with different international cultures.
- Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
