Tsebo Catering Solutions is recruiting for for a highly skilled **L&D Facilitator **to partner with business, to effectively transfer knowledge and skills required to achieve business strategy while complying with legislative requirements. Run professional learnerships and conduct managment training,** **managed training sessions, both for career advancement and process-related training. The L&D facilitator will outline the training objectives, prepare the facility and resources, and ensure that all participants are present during the discussion.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Identify training needs, prioritize and schedule
- Develop, design and customise/ update learning material and programs to address the needs
- Facilitate learning using suitable methodology
- Plan, implement, monitor and manage own learnerships and Seta projects
- Assess and moderate learning
- Assist in development/ update of on line learning
- Record capture and report on all training activities
- Ensure that training standards are maintained and comply with current legislative requirements

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Proven ability to train and facilitate groups
- LMS knowledge and virtual facilitation
- Ability to conduct training at lower - middle level employees
- Ability to conduct training at management level
- Proven track record in developing and deploying training solutions to meet the needs of the business
- Knowledge of Tsebo Catering financial controls (advantage)
- Must have own car and valid driver’s licence
- Extensive travelling is involved with this job
- Must be able to travel
- Must be able to communicate in various South African Languages

**Qualifications**:

- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in HR, education, and/or training
- ETDP Certificate
- Constituent assessor CATSHSSETA
- Constituent assessor with other seta’s (advantage)
- Relevant Training qualification
- Must have either assessor, moderator and facilitator qualification & registration at Cathsseta
