AUTO24.africa, a leading online marketplace for certified used cars in Africa, is expanding its operations to South Africa. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our dynamic team.

We are one of the main platforms for buying and selling used vehicles in Africa. **Since our creation, we have had one goal**: to offer individuals a simple and comfortable way to sell and buy used vehicles online, offering the best possible customer experience. In strong growth, our activity is developing at high speed thanks to the support of a major global automotive group.
As part of the development of our activity in Johannesburg, South Africa, we are looking for our first Office Manager for our brand new South African head office.

**Your key responsibilities will be to**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the AUTO24.africa office, including scheduling appointments, managing paperwork, and ordering supplies.
- Provide administrative support to the Management team, including answering phones, preparing contracts, and tracking leads.
- Welcome and on board new starters to the company office and unique culture.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage the procurement of all office supplies, including furniture, equipment, and consumables.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers and contractors.
- Track and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure that all office supplies are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to office supplies.
- Other duties as assigned by the Country Manager and Management team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management role.
- People Oriented, Quick learner with a can do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Great Customer and Supplier Relationship management skills.
- Attention to details and outstanding ethic.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps (e.g: Gmail, Google Calendar...), Slack and other digital collaboration tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
