**The Purpose of your role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Requests for service ceases through the various supplier portals.
- Dealing with general service queries and supplier cancellation queries.
- Ensuring product/service information is up to date on our CRM system.
- Access and where necessary escalate any anomalies to the Contracts Manager.
- Day-to-day management of personal case queue.
- Adherence to the agreed cancellation dates as set out by our Contracts team to ensure services are ceased within the necessary supplier notice period.

**What good looks like for this role**
- You will be counted on to manage your own case load in a timely and professional manner dealing with all manner of queries and disputes for subscription-based contracts.
- You will need to create and maintain strong relationships both within and outside the organisation, as you will be working with other teams across the business to ensure services are ended as per the client’s instructions.
- This is an extremely fast paced team, you need to be tenacious, conscientious, efficient, and diligent at all times

**Requirements for the role**
- Capability of learning new software as and when required.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management and planning skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking.
- Must be able to work under own initiative.
- Capability of learning new software as and when required

If you proceed past this then you will have a telephone interview with the Contracts Manager one other member of the Executive Leadership Team / management team.

**Salary**: R1,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
