**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years’ hospitality experience, preferably in a Front of House or Reservationist position.
- Enthusiasm and a can-do attitude are a must-have for this role.
- Experience using Temper would be beneficial.
- Excellent command of the English Language (verbal & written).
- High level of telephone etiquette & excellent all-round communication skills.
- Must be a well organised team player who is capable of working independently with initiative and must be meticulous in work performance.
- Contactable references.
- Driver’s license.

**Description**

Key Performance Areas & Main Duties:

- Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation elements of the business.
- Conduct thorough analysis of booking and cancellation data to identify trends, patterns, and underlying reasons for cancellations.
- Assist with administrative tasks as and when is needed.
- Respond to enquiries accurately, timeously and courteously.
- Maintain effective customer relationships and actively resolve guest complaints.
- Ensure accurate detailed capturing of reservations (providing accurate information, quoting, booking, etc.)
