We are looking for a HRBP to join our team in Centurion. If you are a professional with strong work ethics, can prioritise and multi-task and like daily challenges, then this might be the position for you._

Your role

We work in a highly specialized environment, seeking hard to find skills and recruitment is one of the main responsibilities of this position.

Main Tasks:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processesTrain and advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods-
- Participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs and networking eventsEnsure compliance with statutory regulations, internal policies and corporate governance-
- Maintain accurate HR records-
- Act as a change agent to support transformation initiatives-
- Provide professional advice to managers and employees-
- Address employee concerns and grievances-
- Assist with general HR support**Profile**:
Required skills:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter with an excellent awareness of Engineering and software development terminology and skills-
- Experience working for Technology, Software Development or similar businesses-
- Up-to-date in-depth knowledge of general HR policies and procedures and good practice-
- Good knowledge of BCEA with a pragmatic and common-sense approach-
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills-
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English-
- Workday experience-
- Outstanding knowledge of MS officeCompetencies:
- HRM Fundamentals-
- Recruitment experience-
- EE-
- PPA AccreditationQualification:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, alternatively-
