- Performs secretarial duties & administration.
- Arranges travel & accommodation.
- Administers Purchase Orders for leadership in HR.
- Supports the HR Team with arrangements for Internal Events
- Performs HR Office liaison.
- Executes purchasing and maintaining stationery stock
- Provides single point of contact to manage the GM HR's diary.
- Screens & directs phone calls to appropriate staff members.
- Reports problems & issues immediately.
- Executes meeting preparation for confidential/high level company meetings.
- Prepares documents pre
- and post-meeting.
- Provides confidential document & information support.
- Performs general office administration.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- 3 Years’ experience in similiar position
- Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook & diary scheduling)
- Computer Literacy especially SAP essential
- Knowledge and experience of office administration
- Knowledge and experience of document management and filling
- Basic experience in the mining and construction industry an advantage
