Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, training records, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate employee events, such as training sessions, meetings, and social functions.
- Develop and implement administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- National Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field (essential)
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or assistant role (desired)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software applications
