They provide clear communication and successful product presentation in the marketplace, thereby enabling and energizing Sales and Partners to drive the succinct value proposition of products into the market, to prospects and to existing customers.

**The Role**

Backed with in-depth knowledge of the market, our customers, and our products, and with a keen eye for opportunities, our Product Marketing Manager provides a vital link between what our customers need and what the colleagues in our business work together to deliver.

We do this successfully by truly understanding that customer need, validating it, and then communicating how and why our solution will address it. That communication should be meaningful, engaging and tell a captivating story about the impact that our solution or product release will have on our customers and their businesses.

By keeping our customer at the heart of our story, ensuring our decisions, plans and strategies are backed by data and insights, and effectively collaborating with our colleagues throughout the process, we continuously set our products and business up to win.

**Responsibilities**
- Research, gather information and understand new Entersekt products in order to extract the value proposition, competitive differentiation, and benefit to our clients and customers.
- Gather information from multiple stakeholders to help establish proof points (through data) to provide support to claims (through ROI statements and tools).
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings between Product, the Commercial organization and Marketing to translate technical details into market-usable artifacts.
- Create product-centric copy for regional, partner and broad-based marketing campaigns.
- Work with Product Managers and Marketing to ensure full visibility of campaign metrics and their interpretation.
- Collaborate with regional Sales leads to understand Marketing campaign metrics and what needs to be done to ensure more Sales success.
- Understand the roles of different teams involved in the execution of a GTM plan and manage their outputs timeously (sensitive to inter
- and co-dependencies).
- Collaborate with regional Sales leads to create and deliver essential collateral to support the products, including one-pagers, FAQs, solution sheets and customized sales decks.
- Create product-centric presentations utilizing knowledge and insights obtained from Product and Sales.
- Through collaboration with Product Managers, communicate the value of new products via information sharing sessions.
- Utilize available materials to form new tools and assets for Sales and Marketing as required.
- Work with Product Managers to gather information and insights from customers.
- Work with the CTO office and market intelligence to gather and present relevant market data.

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 2 - 3 years' experience in a similar cross-functional role at a technology organization (fintech preferable).
- Bachelors' degree in business, communications, and/ or marketing (postgraduate nice to have).
- Excellent writing and content management skills.
- Highly proficient in using PowerPoint, especially designing, storyboarding and logically structuring presentations.
- Familiar with value proposition design and product messaging frameworks in a technology context.
- Experience using Adobe or a similar creative suite of products (nice to have).
