**Role Overview**:
We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist with a passion for cryptocurrency, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a dedication to creating a positive customer experience. This role involves providing timely, accurate support to our students and prospective students, addressing their inquiries, and contributing to a supportive community around our educational content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot user issues with patience and clarity, offering step-by-step guidance.
- Collaborate with QA and Development teams to report back user-identified technical issues.
- Enhance the FAQ and knowledge base, keeping content up-to-date with the latest platform features and courses.
- Analyze customer feedback to propose platform and educational content improvements.
- Maintain updated knowledge on Crypto School's offerings to provide informed support.
- Develop customer service protocols and contribute to a positive online community presence for Crypto School.
- Utilize analytical skills to interpret customer feedback and support trends, leveraging tools such as Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years in customer support, preferably within tech or education sectors.
- A solid understanding of and interest in the cryptocurrency and blockchain sector.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into easily understandable information.
- Proficiency in customer support software, CRM tools, and especially Google Sheets/Excel for data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights from customer interactions.
- Independent work style with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, empathetic approach to customer service, committed to resolving issues with efficiency and care.
- Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic.
