PSG has an exciting opportunity for an Office Manager at our Hyde Park office who will be responsible for the administration of personnel, wealth, office processes and to assist the broker.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the efficient co-ordination and planning of client functions
- Personnel management
- Head of administration
- Deal with general client amendments and queries
- Coordinate all administrative processes
- Dairy management
- Ad-hoc and special projects
- Relationship Management with clients and service providers
- Oversee team members

**Minimum requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Attention to detail
- 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience within the financial services industry
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and at least one other of the official South African languages
- Computer literacy (MS Office & MS Excel)
