**Property Administrator**
**Hyde Park**

Our client, a leading property management company seeks to appoint a Property Administrator who will provide support services to the Operational Managers. You will be required to establish long term tenant and contractor relationships. Also be responsible for maintaining administration relating to insurance claims and reports, assist in take-back and take-on inspections and manage the maintenance service schedules for the generators, fire equipment, air conditioning and other building services.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- A minimum of Grade 12.
- A minimum of 2 years experience within a property / facilities administration environment
- Strong MS Office proficiency on Word and Excel
- Strong accountancy proficiency.
- Solid communication skills.
- Methodical and organised.
- Strong problem solving skills.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage administration relating to insurance claims.
- Compile take-back and take-on inspection reports and send to Operational Manager for finalization.
- Manage the monthly and annual Scheduled Maintenance Services Reports of the various building services.
- Follow-up on OHS Act Inspections and keep records.
- Follow-up on quotations from Contractors and ensure Operational Managers follow-up on completed work.
- Deal with any tenant and contractor queries and follow through until finalization.
- Handle all Electrical Compliance Certificates ensure relevant administration and recordkeeping are in place.
- Ordering of consumables and stationary.

**Salary**: R280,000.00 - R300,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- facilities management: 2 years (required)
