RPO Recruitment’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Trackless Crew Leader in Gauteng

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing and maintaining a safe environment with minimum risk to the health and safety of the crew
- Ensuring compliance to the Mines Health & Safety Act and related operational safety standards
- Accurate and timeous reporting of all relevant safety and production matters
- Promoting and developing team effectiveness within the department
- Ensuring that all relevant production targets are met continuously
- Taking accountability for proper discipline in the section
- Ensuring effective availability and utilization of equipment and materials
- Ensuring control of explosives and that planning and budget is controlled and applied correctly

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Blasting Certificate
- 5 years’ production experience in a trackless underground environment
- TM3 equipment/machinery certificates
- Experience in a gold mining operation

**Benefits**:

- Salary: R550K p/a - R700K p/a
