- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Must be able to work in a team
- Must be able to work under pressure
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus

Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Take and relay messages
- Logging tickets for support team
- Assist with general administration & tasks as required
- Schedule appointments & do follow up calls
- Co-ordinate meetings and events
- RMA processing
- Debtors & Creditors administration
- Client onboarding & Offboarding
- Sales administration

Key Competencies:

- Customer service orientated
- Organizing and planning
- Must be professional at all times
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Driver's license
- Experience with debtors & creditors

**Education**:

- Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- accounting: 1 year (required)
