Company Description
**Job Description**:
- Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions.
- Track Credit Card purchases and reconcile bank statements.
- Processing purchase orders, supplier invoices, expenses claims and account payments.
- Processing sales orders, proforma and tax invoices.
- Assist financial management team with credit and debtor's control.
- Maintaining financial transactions digital records and supplier information.
- Maintain organized office environment, ordering office supplies and updating inventory.
- Creating, sending, and following up invoices and monthly statement.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners when needed.
- Provide administrative support in the procurement department when required.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Certificate/Diploma in Finance, Business Management or Equivalent
Additional Information
**Key skills required**:
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including MS Office products such as MS visio, excel, word and projects.
- Experience Sage Pastel or Evolution
- Experience on Jira Atlassian will be advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to always maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Time management skills and organizational skills
- Detail orientated.
- Knowledge file management, transcription and other administrative procedures
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
