**Requirements**:

- A Degree in Health, Social Sciences, Communications or Marketing
- Five years experience in a similar role or related field
- Experience in data analysis and visualization tools
- Experience creating and managing media strategies
- Extensive experience growing subscribers for digital services throughout the African continent
- Ability to manage simultaneous deliverables and interdependencies between projects
- Experience working and/or managing demand-generation projects in developing countries
- Experience working with digital marketing tools to create demand
- Experience in dealing with Government and connections to MNOs throughout the continent
- Passionate about the digital medium - always in the know about the latest trends,
technologies, and platforms
- Exceptional use of PPM Pro and Agileplace
- Ability to self-motivate and work with mínimal oversight
- Deep experience in the health domain (public/digital/primary) or within Monitoring and
Evaluation
- Experience working on demand-generation activities within multiple African countries

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement demand generation strategies and campaigns, including optimizations
- Responsible for working closely with the implementation and platform teams to align efforts and create cohesive demand-generation efforts
- Create and manage demand generation budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the Project Manager
- Work closely with in-country partners and relevant stakeholders in the execution and implementation of the demand generation plan
- Identify and resolve challenges within the demand-generation process
- Supports the development and reviewing of key messages and assets and proposes delivery tools for demand generation in collaboration with the implementation and platform team
- Use data and analytics to measure and improve the performance of demand-generation efforts
- Monitor the use of tools for demand-generation reporting and ensure adherence to set standards
- Monitor demand-generation activities, analyse reports to track performance, and suggest improvements to the content and/or platform
