- Grade 12 / equivalent
**Experience and Requirements**:
- A minimum of 10 years experience as an Office Administrator in the Manufacturing / Engineering environment
- Computer literate: Advanced skills Excel and Pastel Accounting
- Reliable transport
- A stable work record and contactable references
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Reside close to Germiston / Surrounding areas
- Must be of sober habits
- Attention to detail
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Arrange customer gifts (wrapping & distributing to sales reps)
- Buying and issuing of office consumables, PPE, and handling equipment
- Contact service provider for internet / phone issues, troubleshoot office automation
- Verify CGIC limit balance with Nedbank report
- Monitor company vehicle fines, distribute to responsible party and arrange payment if needed
- Create stock codes for coils
- Assist with fleet insurance and claims (Add /Remove vehicles)
- Manage the company vehicle (Condition, mileage, fuel)
- Petty cash
