**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

MFP Devices
Backup and restore processes. Onsite and Cloud
Asset Management
Microsoft Knowledge and Support
Microsoft Software installation and support
E-Mail Communication management and support
Backup and recovery services
Microsoft Server OS Installation, management and support
Microsoft Active Directory design, implementation, management and maintenance
Security Management

**Data management (Sharing, Security, and Locations**: Local and Cloud)
IT Security and Protection Services and support
Ransomware, Malware and Virus management (Pandaware, etc.)
Firewall management (Sophos)
VPN management
VoIP Management
Vendor Management (Cipherwave)
VoIP Services and support
MikroTek
Cipherwave Unified Comms
Handset support
Network Management
Network design
Network implementation and support (Cabling, Switches, Routers)

**EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS**:
Matric
Minimum NQF level 6 4 Year Diploma in Information Technology
MCSE, N+ Certification

**EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED**:
Minimum 5 years in IT Support and Administration experience post qualification
Physically healthy and able to move physical servers and cabinets with ease
Must be willing to be hands on in terms of pulling cables and moving/installed devices cabinets, etc.
Must have own transport and be able to travel to office 24/7 in case of an emergency
History of project management skills would also be advantageous
A researcher who is also willing to take courses and join webinars to improve their skills and knowledge
