**Duties**:
To ensure the highest standard of courtesy and efficiency in customer contact and communication.
To ensure that on first contact with any customer, regular, new, or potential, they receive a pleasant and courteous welcome and that their needs are dealt with promptly
To handle the switchboard/reception in a professional manner and to ensure that personal appearance is always impeccable
To record messages received, accurately and distribute timeously
To ensure feedback of information to appropriate persons of any customer problems
To ensure customer comfort while they are in the reception area
To ensure cleanliness and professional manner of the reception area
To ensure that the switchboard is handled in a professional manner and that collected composure is always maintained
Always answer the switchboard promptly and politely
To liaise with telephone company on all instrument problems and maintenance
To assist with some administrative duties

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Well groomed
Must live near dealership
Excellent references
Good computer knowledge
Able to think out the box
Automotive experience advantageous but not a essential
Must have excellent communication skills, superior knowledge of English both written and verbal
Must have worked as a receptionist in a dealership or similar environment for at least 3 consecutive years
