- Maintain all project Registers including Risk register;
- Assist project managers with the preparation of presentations and any research of relevant documentation;
- Take minutes of project meetings as required;
- Ensure that all project administration support is provided;
- Coordinate processes associated with preparations and organising of workshops, meetings;
- Set up and maintain archive and filing system and utilisation of the projects online and MS Project system;
- Review all other contractor’s documents, upload to Project Management system and make sure that all is signed off;
- Travelling with Project and Contract managers to site for minutes taking and photos on progress on projects, as and when required; and
- Undertake any other ad-hoc administrative duties and responsibilities as required.

**Requirements**:

- Own car and valid driver’s license
- Clean credit and criminal record
- Grade 12/Standard 10 (Essential/Minimum and/or)
- N3 (Essential/ Minimum)
- Project Management Certificate (Recommended/Desirable)
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Project Admin / Project Support Office
- Experience in mining, construction and/or engineering projects essential
- Experience in Enterprise Project Management (EPM) or MS Project recommended
- Experience in SAP advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R28,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
