Duties:
Assisting the Portfolio Manager with the following
- Make sure guests are happy at all times.
- Checking guests in.
- Coordinating changeovers, maids, laundry, stock take, apartment/house maintenance.
- Giving guests a concierge experience through local knowledge of the area.
- Communication with team leader and portfolio manager.
- Coordinating your calendar to ensure the smooth running of portfolio and smooth check-in and out of guests.
- Must be prepared to be flexible with time and be available as and when required.
- All and any administration that running the portfolio requires.
- Inspecting apartments to make sure they are ready for the guest's arrival.
- Checking wifi, checking enough electricity on prepaid meters. checking the linen and towels etc.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a great sense of forward planning and coordination of cleaning staff.
- Must be flexible with time.
- Experience in hospitality is a plus.
- Experience with cleaning staff is a plus.
- People skills and patience is a must.
- The ability to improvise is a must.
- Proficiency on a computer and the ability to learn how to operate new systems is a must.
- Must have great administration skills.
- This position will require working overtime
