**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Social Media**
- Develop and execute social media strategies
- Develop and manage social media content calendar and promotional campaigns
- Develop and manage weekly social media editorial calendars for all channels
- Develop and manage a social media influencer campaigns
- Develop and manage relationships with partners to generate relevant social media content
- Partner with creative team to develop assets for social platforms
- Partner with eCommerce team to ensure organic social campaigns are in alignment with paid social / digital initiatives
- Monitor and track performance metrics
- Monitor conversations across all social media platforms and interact with audience when appropriate
- Manage external relationships with social media vendors and platforms
- Oversee the development and management of monthly / annual budget
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and processes

**Content Creation**
- Demonstrate an understanding of the companies, world, products, and brand vision
- Work collaboratively between Creative agency to create unique platform appropriate content for Instagram, Facebook with the opportunity to expand into Tik Tok and YouTube
- Shoots, edits, and posts all social media content across channels; heavy emphasis on video content
- Knowledgeable with video editing apps and software
- Utilize insights from social media to create elevated Instagram content that feels visually cohesive with other marketing channels
- Lead social-first content creation for all brand campaigns, including behind-the-scenes capture
- Support the wider creative team with creation and insights for social media and platform partners
- Ability to travel for event-specific opportunities (store openings, experiential, etc)
- Develop marketing content and event information on the brands social media platforms
- Become the go-to person for anything content creation related at the organization.
- Collaborate with department managers on development of marketing plans and materials
- Attends all photography shoots to capture video content for social media.
- Keep abreast of social media and skincare/beauty trends with the ability to translate them into the brands tone of voice

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3+ years in social art direction, editorial, content creation
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with editing tools: Adobe, Premier Pro, channel native editing tools
- Proficient in content management systems
- Content-native, well-versed in on-platform capture and low-lift editing
- Ability to determine and execute content strategy across social media platforms
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skillset
- Strong organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
