Job Summary:
The Commercial Coordinators responsibility is to proactively support and assist the commercial team in the coordination and to undertake a variety of administration and clerical tasks in an organised timely and professional manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Provide assistance to line manager in ad hoc tasks as required.
- Take meeting meetings and distribute to necessary role players accurately and timeously as required.
- Collating reps monthly reports for On trade and off trade 3rd party
- Preparing and submitting purchase orders and GRN of items. Follow up on payments.
- Preparing and submitting purchase orders for key vendors. Follow up on payments.
- Compile monthly report Opposition, activation, POS, A&P
- Prepare presentation documents and reports as per line manager.
- Communicate, collate and compile sales and brand sales activities to team as required.
- Manage and update team calendar, arrange travel, accommodation, catering, car hire as required. This includes visits from above market.
- Prepare the Cycle and feedback report.
- Compile and process upliftment's and returns
- create and maintain a sound and solid records management process.
- Manage customer allocations within team.
- Compile the MSR register and tracker
- Manage Vehicles - Vehicle checklist, fuel usage, kilometres
- Compiling channel and category, micro and macro economic insights
- On trade business plan contract monitoring and A&P tracking, POP management
- On Trade activity SONA implementation
