Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital & Paid Media Marketing Manager is to focus on creating and executing digital campaigns across various channels, including websites, social media and responsible for optimizing digital ads + reporting. The Digital & Paid Media Marketing manager is required to effectively leverage paid, owned, earned and social media across all digital marketing platforms as an integrated part of the Marketing and Communication strategy. Through the intelligent use of digital levers, they have to enable the V&A to more effectively attract, intimately understand, and meet the needs of consumers, tenants, visitors, staff and other stakeholders so as to extract commercial value. This role forms part of the team who is responsible for creating compelling purpose-led brand stories and commercially viable through-the-line experiences.

- Work closely with the Senior Manager: Digital Marketing to shape the digital marketing strategy and build ex relevant consumer and stakeholder experiences.

- Collaborate with Senior Manager: Digital Marketing to develop and maintain all project assets and deliverables including creative briefs, project plans, wireframes and copy platforms.
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary guidelines and timely invoicing processes with suppliers.
- Develop and sustain partnerships with digital agencies and associated third-party suppliers.
- Collaborate with the design teams to create visually appealing and user-friendly digital assets, including but not limited to web banners, landing pages, and newsletter templates.
- Develop and sustain relationships with Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and provide digital marketing support for various initiatives and campaigns.
