**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Ledger 360 Credit Risk Analysis

Ensuring compliance by monitoring, reporting, and escalating high risk and non-compliant customer accounts

Ensure all procedures are followed as per the SOP's

Provide Customer Service Excellence

generate and distribute monthly reports to the clients

Log fees update any changes and request as per the clients

Investigate all log fee queries between Customer and Client, reconciling differences.

Preparing bad debt write off schedules as per Client instruction.

Processing of small balance write offs at month end

Assist on internal and external audit requests

Assist the team with adhoc projects where required

Fixed asset register maintenance and audits

Month end Received not Booked and Unapplied cash reporting

Adhoc client reporting

Managing monthly clearing of non-order to cash clients

Allocation of client cash

Back up support for client debtors download files

A tertiary qualification will be advantageous

Grade 12

Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) (must be able to perform v-lookups and pivots)

Must be proficient in English (verbally and in writing). Additional languages will be an advantage

High level of communication etiquette

Strong reconciliation skills

Prior experience with fixed assets

Analytical with a keen eye for detail

Must be results driven and able to meet deadlines

Have a high tolerance for stress and prepared to work extra hours when required

Must be able to handle high volume and value transactions
