Food and Beverage Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring high-quality service and standards are consistently met.
- Manage and lead the food and beverage team, including training, mentoring, and motivating staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop, implement, and maintain food and beverage menus that align with the hotel’s brand and guest preferences.
- Control and monitor food and beverage costs, ensuring that the operation remains within budget while maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining the highest standards in food preparation and service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth communication between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all food and beverage supplies are adequately stocked and managed efficiently.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing regular feedback and addressing any issues or areas for improvement.
- Plan and execute promotional events, special menus, and seasonal offerings to drive revenue and enhance guest experience.
- Work closely with the hotel management team to create and execute initiatives aimed at increasing overall profitability and guest loyalty.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including cost control, inventory management, and menu development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with both guests and staff.
- A strong understanding of health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the food service industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- A relevant qualification in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
