**Duties and responsibilities**:
Responsible for the recruitment process of white collar and blue-collar employees.

Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Manage all disciplinary and grievance processes.

Provide expert HR/IR advice and guidance to managers and staff on HR and IR matters.

Represent the company with CCMA cases.

Provide support on all employee relations ad hoc issues.

Attend regular meetings with employee representatives and ensure that all labour issues are attended to efficiently.

Build a relationship with all employees and assist with all day-to-day issues.

Attend to all pay queries and liaise with the payroll personnel to resolve them.

Assist management with compliance of all labour legislation. Keep abreast of all developments and advice management accordingly.

**Qualifying requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.

Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in relevant HR position with employee and industrial relations.

Experience in working in a unionized environment.

Plant Hire experience would be advantageous.

Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills.

Attention to detail.
