**To qualify for this position, you must have the qualification and experience**:
- Previous experience in guest relations or a customer-facing role in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
- Knowledge of local attractions, services, and amenities.
- Proficient in using reservation and communication systems.
**Duties and responsibilities include**:
- Guest Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, providing personalized assistance and information to enhance their overall experience.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns and requests promptly and effectively, ensuring a quick resolution to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Concierge Services: Provide recommendations and assistance with local attractions, dining, and activities facilitating a seamless and enjoyable stay for our guests.
- Communication: Maintain clear and open communication with guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a high level of service throughout their stay.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze guest feedback, identifying areas for improvement and sharing positive feedback
with the team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including front office, housekeeping, and F&B, to coordinate and
deliver a cohesive guest experience.
