**One of South Africa’s leading bed manufacturing company has the following career opportunity for an individual with the necessary** **competence level, experience and drive.**

**This position will report to the Senior HR Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Management with case investigations
- Assist Management with charge formulation and preparation of all disciplinary paperwork.
- Coordinate disciplinary hearing sessions.
- Facilitate the Issuing of charges in line with labour relations act requirements.
- Preparing / compile matter files for conciliations and arbitrations
- Assist Management / Supervisors in preparation for complainant in disciplinary enquiries, act as a complainant as and when required
- Facilitate the Dismissal / terminations process in accordance with HR and Payroll standards
- Facilitate grievances processes and investigations.

**Job Experience**:

- Bcom or Btech Degree in Human Resource Management or Labour Law
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- 3 - 5 years’ relevant experience at same level (HR Officer or HR Generalist level)
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, at least intermediate level on Excel.
- Bargaining council and CCMA experience (Compulsory)
