Procurement Administrator

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**
To administer the requisition orders in the procurement department in order for the procurement team to accurately use the correct suppliers..This position will report to the Procurement Manager and is based in Epping.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Administer and review requisition orders on procurement system
- Maintain, review and update price lists
- Follow up on requisition status
- Follow up on purchase orders sent to suppliers
- Update shortage control document
- Administer redundant stock process
- Administer discontinued stock process
- Administer roll outs
- Ad Hoc Duties
**JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12
- Procurement / Buying Diploma advantageous
- 3-5 years buying/ procurement experience within manufacturing industry
- Relevant knowledge on a procurement / buying system
- Microsoft / G-suite trained
- Competencies required**: Communication, planned and organised;detail oriented, customer service orientated, analytical and problem assessment
