Our client, a leading supplier to the printing and packaging industry, dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for over three decades, has a newly created role for a Digital Marketing Specialist. Based close to Paarden Island, Cape Town and reporting to the Operations manager, the purpose of the role would be to spearhead their **lead generation efforts, driving growth and expanding their client base.**

**Responsibilities to include the following**:

- **Lead Generation Strategy**: Develop and implement robust lead generation strategies, utilizing market research, content creation, and digital campaigns to attract and convert potential leads.
- **Content Creation**: Craft compelling content specifically designed to generate leads, including targeted blog posts, case studies, and promotional materials.
- **Social Media Campaigns**: Execute social media campaigns with a focus on lead generation, optimizing platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to engage and capture potential leads.
- **SEO & Paid Advertising**: Optimize content for SEO and manage paid advertising campaigns with a clear focus on lead generation, ensuring high visibility and engagement with target audiences.
- **Analytics**: Utilize analytics tools to closely monitor lead generation efforts, adapting strategies based on performance data to maximize lead conversion rates.

**Required skills and competencies**:

- Strategic Lead Generation: Strong ability to develop and execute lead generation strategies, driving growth through digital marketing efforts.
- Content Development: Exceptional content creation skills, with a focus on developing material that engages and converts potential leads.
- Expertise in social media: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, with a focus on using these channels for effective engagement.
- SEO & SEM for Lead Acquisition: Solid understanding of SEO and SEM strategies aimed at lead acquisition, with experience in optimizing campaigns for maximum lead generation.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using analytics to track efforts and optimize strategies for improved conversion.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant qualification in digital marketing
- Own transport
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to work on WordPress as well as Shopify would be a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
