Job Overview:
As a Paid Media Specialist at our digital marketing agency, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. Your role will involve strategizing, executing, and analyzing paid media initiatives to drive client growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Paid Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies for clients, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click), display advertising, social media ads, and other paid channels.Analyze target audience behaviors and trends to optimize campaign targeting and messaging.
- Campaign Management and Optimization: Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across different platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to achieve client objectives and maximize ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing, keyword research, and audience segmentation to refine and improve campaign performance.
- Budget Management and Reporting: Monitor advertising budgets, allocate funds effectively, and ensure campaigns are delivering within set KPIs and budget constraints.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization to improve key metrics.
- Client Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, provide strategic recommendations, and present campaign performance during monthly in-person meetings.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and guidance on paid media strategies and optimizations.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new advertising features across platforms to implement innovative strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience two years in managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably within an agency setting.
- Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant advertising tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive campaign optimizations and improvements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred).

**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
