An exciting opportunity exists for a **Senior HR Officer **at **NATIONAL BRANDS LIMITED Durban Tea Factory**. The purpose of the role is to provide generalist HR support to the business to facilitate operational effectiveness and efficiency.

**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience within a manufacturing environment is essential
- Experience within HR Administration, Payroll, Employee Relations, Performance Management and Disciplinary procedures, Job evaluation, and Grading
- Experience within an FMCG industry is advantageous
**Qualifications**:
- Completed National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or Labour Relations
- Completed Effective Leadership course with a recognized Institution will be an added advantage
**Additional Requirements**:
- Knowledge of Industrial Relations practices
- Knowledge of Interviewing skills
- Knowledge of different HR disciplines (HR Value Chain)
- Knowledge of HR Systems (SAP is advantageous)
- Computer Literacy MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Labour Legislation
