We’re looking for a Team Lead to join our growing Consumer Capability team where you’ll learn and help to make trust possible by helping consumer be reliably and safely represented in the marketplace.
Day to Day You’ll Be:
- Hiring, onboarding, coaching and continually developing a team of Data Processing Analysts.
- Actively participating in monitoring and reporting on business-driven service key metrics.
- Ensuing service delivery on a daily basis.
- Identifying, evaluating and mitigating potential risks in your area.
- Building trues and long-term relationships with business managers.
