We are looking for a **R&D - FOOD SCIENCE GRADUATE **to join a company that _employs real people to do exceptional things_. Your time with us will start in **January 2024** and our programme runs for **24 months**.

The AVI-Graduate Programme incorporates a holistic experience of mentorship, practical exposure and technical, leadership and business development opportunities. As one of our Graduates you will be exposed to a host of diverse corporate situations spanning from key improvement projects, CSI Initiatives, skills training and behavioural development. **What you will be doing**:

- KVI Tastings (Internal and External)
- Shelf life and thermal abuse (Accelerated, Real Time and On Going)
- Maintenance and Updating of Quality Manual
- Job Shadow Regulatory Role

**What you will need to be considered**:
**Qualifications**:

- A BSc in Food Science or B.Tech in Food Technology
- Have a minimum average of 60% in your final year of studies

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must be willing to travel between sites
- Must be willing to work across shifts-ad hoc basis
- Ability to work in a food processing environment
