**POSITION: Claims and Finance Administrator**
**AREA: Sandton**
We have a position available for an experienced Claims and finance administrator at a well-established company in Sandton.
There are general administrative functions that accompany this role.
- Dealing with account escalations.
- Verifying client refunds requested by the team.
- Allocations of cashbook entries.
- Stock take and reporting thereof.
- Cancellations relating to Hosting, domain, and data only services.
- Reviewing and reporting on the billing gaps report.
- FTTB Debtor.
- Back billing.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned.
- +2-5 years’ experience in dealing with client escalations.
- Excellent verbal and listening communication skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Able to communicate effectively.
- Customer service orientation.
- Computer skills with the ability to operate excel spreadsheets and in-house software systems.
- Deadline-driven, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Team player.
- Attention to detail
- Basic of R15000.00
- Work well under pressure
- Good communication and typing skills
- Good excel skills
**Salary**: R2.00 - R3.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
