**Job Purpose**

Responsible for independently owning and driving Quality performance and compliance within a key strategic site within dsm-firmenich.Responsible for both Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions you will drive change and knowing that Quality is a key differentiator enabling business growth while safeguarding the company, its customers, and its consumers.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive the site mission and objectives within Quality, following Global and Regional strategy, to meet business and customers’ requirements.
- Drive Quality culture and continuous improvement within the team and site.
- Manage and monitor Internal Non Conformances and Customer Complaints to drive performance and aid effective communication to our internal and external customers.
- Leadership, Execution, and Implementation of Quality Management System in conformance to FSSC22000, ISO9001, RSPO and other applicable standards.
- Support right first-time production and effective Quality Control decision making and drive efficiency in the Quality Control Laboratory.
- Manage and coach the Quality teams ensuring effective succession plans are in place to encourage and develop the growth of the teams.
- Build effective relationships with Business Partners to offer support to internal customers driving best in class Quality Excellence.

**You Bring**
- Bachelors degree or higher in scientific orientation (chemistry, biochemistry, food industry).
- Or Experience of 5 to 10 years’ experience as a team manager in a quality role.
- Experience in management of Quality Management Systems.
- Good knowledge in Quality Management Systems (FSSC22000, ISO 9001, RSPO, Organic, ISO 22716,
- Excellent communication skills adaptable to different stakeholders.
- Rigorous and data-driven; able to make decisions autonomously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent with informatic skills (Office Suite, LIMS, SAP etc).
- Technically proficient/knowledgeable in chemical procedures, physical measurements, GC, GCMS, HPLC, and other standard tests.
- Ideally experience in sensory analysis
- Good knowledge in Quality Management Systems (FSSC22000, ISO 9001, RSPO, Organic etc.)
