**Job Title: Quality Management Professional**

**Mission/Function of the role**:
Acts as quality consultant for the Siemens Organisation

Analyses & implements Quality concepts, methods, tools and procedures as parts of effective an agile/lean oriented Quality Management Systems, in an assigned organization unit. Implements overarching Quality mission and strategy, and ensures implementation of related Quality policies and guidelines, for all assigned quality areas.

.**What are the responsibilities of the role?**
- Manages Quality Management for assigned area of responsibility.
- Prepares Quality-related analyses, concepts, methods and tools, for respective management to decide.
- Advise business accountable management in specific Quality-related issues.
- Ensures and implements quality related standards, guidelines and programs in a specific quality area, or in organizational unit(s) assigned.
- Analyzes working environment and proposes improvements to management.
- Keeps abreast of industry and legal trends in a specific quality area.
- Collaborates with the QM-network and business accountable units to achieve quality business goals.
- Ensures implementation and improvement of the quality part of the Integrated Management System (including process management) for the respective organization according to the overall quality strategy and respective local regulations.
- Executes Internal Audit program
- Coordinate External Audit program (including certification where applicable) and assessments
- Implements the global quality programs within own area of responsibility and monitors the effectiveness of these programs.
- Drives continuous improvement and lessons learned across assigned organizations.
- Ensures that product safety activities are in line with internal and external regulations
- Contributes to analyze customer quality requirements and satisfaction (e.g. NPS) appropriately in order to meet customer expectations.
- Contributes to the identification of internal and external regulations in cooperation with country organization and processes are developed to meet these requirements.
- Ensures professional non-conformance (NC) management and reporting.
- Ensures and controls implementation of quality methods and risk management in processes, projects and products (8D, RCA, Q-Gates, FMEA)

- Ensures and improves the relevant quality reporting including Management Review.
- Implements and coordinates supplier audits
- Ensures effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders; clarifies issues
- Executes with HR the competence management and training system for quality related competences.
- Implements and adapts the communication to ensure understanding and awareness of specific quality topics.
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Relevant Degree (Btech)or equivalent in Quality Management
- 5-7 years professional Quality Management Experience
- The ability to coach and audit Quality Operating System procedures and quality tools, including prevent recurrence.
- Very good knowledge of Quality Operating System and processes.
- Fluent English language capabilities, both written and oral
- Excellent computer skills required; MS Office Package (Excel, Word, Power point, etc)
- Ability to interface with senior management sand cross functional teams.
- Leadership capability to adopt and drive implementation of global best Quality practices

- Excellent written & verbal Communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines & frequently changing priorities
- Presentation skills
