We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, is dynamic, self motivated and experienced in retail to lead our new regional store team to deliver world class customer service.

**As the Senior Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for**:

- Fostering a positive work environment that encourages team collaboration and open communication, by building effective relationships with the sales and management team.
- Holding each member of the store team accountable to meeting / exceeding company expectations through weekly productivity conversations, daily coaching in the moment, performance recognition, and managing poor work performance quickly and appropriately when necessary.
- Driving sales by motivating the store team to meet sales and brand marketing objectives.
- Guarantee consistently high standards of customer experience within the store in accordance with Limba’s customer service standards.
- Maintain world class store standards and visual merchandising.
- Document and share visual content from the store with management for social media channels.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Undertaking administrative duties such as staff scheduling, keeping filing up to date and reporting to management.
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering items from the warehouse.
- Implementing, managing and monitoring loss prevention strategies, training and creating awareness amongst the store team.
- Maintain the physical condition of the Store according to relevant guidelines and communicate maintenance needs in a timely manner. Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Spends 75% of their working time on the sales floor engaging with consumers, selling, and coaching employees.
- Responsible for accurately processing sales, exchange, and refund transactions at the cash desk, with proper operation of the Point of Sale system (Yoco plus manual record keeping).

WHAT YOU BRING
- Grade 12
- 3 years of experience in retail and/or hospitality
- The ability to promote sales and overall profitability goals
- Strong ability to plan, lead, organize and manage people
- Commitment to building a strong team who will be dedicated to providing excellent customer experiences.
- A passion for working with people and desire to create a positive and energetic culture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving abilities
- An eye for detail, and visual content creation.
- Basic tech skills: Yoco, Excel, Google Docs
- Flexibility to work over weekends, public holidays, and over the festive season
- Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide excellent service.
- Showcase our athleisure and activewear collections with passion and expertise.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Stay updated on fashion/athleisure industry trends and product knowledge.
- Contribute to a dynamic team environment.
- Maintain housekeeping, uphold our visual merchandising standards to optimize sales.
- Create an inspiring environment. Have fun.
- Transact all purchases - receive, verify and process all payments such as cash, cards, vouchers, coupons and any other acceptable payments.
- Report customer compliments and complaints to management.
- Attend all customer stock queries and ensure that they are dealt with and resolved.
