Do you think you have what it takes to sell bespoke safari itineraries to foreign travelers?

**What you will be doing**:

- Creative planning and designing of detailed guest itineraries.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their needs, desires, and budget constraints.
- Managing the reservations process for bookings from quoting to finalizing including invoicing.
- Proactive selling and booking of all products and services ensuring the best suitable safari experience.
- Liaising with suppliers to reserve the best experience for our guests.
- Keep reviews on Trustpilot and TripAdvisor fresh all the time.

**Requirements**:

- Sales Experience in the travel industry is a must
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a Safari Tour Operator is required
- Geographical & Product knowledge for itineraries in Southern & East Africa
- Ability to easily adapt to the travel industry and sell luxury travel products
- Resourceful
- Positive attitude and alignment with our company culture
- Excellent communication skills (written & telephone)
- A service delivery mindset, and strong customer service focus
- Target-orientated, and experienced in delivering results in a performance-orientated and fast-paced sales environment
- Proven track record in creating and selling customized luxury travel itineraries
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple bookings and complex itineraries

**Remuneration**:
