**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines and systems continue to run smoothly.
- Handling of the Control Room equipment.
- Update the incident register daily and report to the Senior Risk Control Officer.
- Able to exercise and maintain discipline at all times.
- Ensure good housekeeping is maintained in the Control Room.
- Identify faulty cameras and log calls for maintenance when required.
- Download and save important occurrence's on the server, on request.
- Assist in analysing downloaded CCTVs during investigations.
- Perform routine Facilities Inspections.
- Perform Incident Investigations.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Security Industry and Control Room.
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Grade A PSIRA (registered and accredited).
- Craig Donald training will be advantageous or any equivalent competencies.
- Computer Literacy in MS Office and CCTV.
- Report writing skills.
- Work independently and within a team.
- Must be reliable and trustworthy.
- CCTV Analytical Skills.
