**Social Media Content Creator**

Our Client in the online retails space is seeking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator to join their team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation:

- Develop compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Craft engaging captions and copy that resonate with the target audience and align with brand voice.

2. Visual Storytelling:

- Create eye-catching graphics, images, and videos to convey brand messages effectively.
- Stay abreast of design trends and incorporate innovative visual elements to captivate and retain audience attention.

3. Platform Management:

- Maintain an active and consistent presence across social media channels.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.

4. Content Calendar Planning:

- Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with marketing goals and seasonal trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure timely and cohesive messaging across all channels.

5. Analytics and Optimization:

- Regularly analyse social media metrics and performance data to refine content strategy.
- Implement insights gained from analytics to optimise content for maximum reach, engagement, and conversion.

6. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product teams, to align content with overall brand strategy.
- Partner with influencers and other collaborators to expand reach and enhance content diversity.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software.
- Possessing 2 years of experience, with an additional 1 year or more specifically in the use of Canva and Adobe software.
- In-depth knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving trends.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and community building.

**Salary**: R15 000,00 per month
