Core Description
Responsible for ensuring that all Customer Billing for all Maintenance and Projects is prepared and submitted for invoicing for all customers. Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
Calls
Extracting closed calls from the system to create the relevant billing schedules (Chargeable, Cabling, Hardware and Projects Billing).
Costing of calls.
Ensuring that no billing is duplicated nor missed.
Ensuring that the previous months’ calls are billed in the current month, unless otherwise stated.
Accurately costing the ‘activities’ on the system for all closed calls.
Billing
Accurately preparing customer billing based on accepted quotes & updating the relevant quote tracking report.
Preparing the relevant Billing Spreadsheets for Customers.
Obtaining quotes, orders and stamped Incident Reports (IR’s), etc. where necessary.
Customer Service
Receiving back, and investigating, any queries raised by the customer.
Preparing reconciliations for submission to the Customer.
Communication
Submitting the relevant Billing Spreadsheets to the Accounts Department for invoicing to be raised.
Ensuring that all relevant documentation is submitted to the Customer together with the invoice.
Processing invoice number information onto the Call System.
Reports
Preparing Billing Summaries for the Asset Base Manager and Customer, or as required.
Preparing regular reports on issues relating to Billing.
Keeping records of all Billing and verifying recorded transactions, reporting irregularities to Management.
General
Maintaining security of assets and confidential information.
To undertake any other reasonable duty as required Functional Skills
