**The purpose of the role**:
The Group Manager-Investor Relations and Communications is ultimately responsible for overseeing all investor relations, communications management and strategic plans.

**Job Experience & Skills Required**:
CA(SA) with more than 6 years commercial experience

Develop and implement a robust investor relations strategy and framework

Analyse and present financial trends, competitor behaviour, shareholder issues, and any other external factors that could impact the business.

Help prepare the company’s Annual Report

Digital communications strategy development (how to effectively use platforms, assessing if platforms are fulfilling comms needs)

Supporting internal & external comms initiatives through campaign development support, writing copy, efficient disseminating of information to stakeholders, creative input etc

Oversee Treasury, Investor Relations and Marketing divisions.
