**Description**:
**Administrative Clerk** - **Century City** - **R8000-R12,000 (Neg)**

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality.
- Experience with Xero or other similar packages.
- Experience in Open Solar (Advantageous)
- Knowledge of the Solar Industry (Advantageous)
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work some weekends or be on call
- Desire to learn and grow with the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that the correct quote, order and invoicing procedure is followed as per operating standards, for every order processed.
- Helping clients, get to know products, and understand the industry
- Attend ongoing product knowledge training session
- Arrange collections and deliveries.
- Follow-up with clients on quotes sent out.
