Perform administrative duties related to the branches assigned to the position

  • Perform specified centralized administrative duties related to all the branch
  • Management of the finance admin clerk/(s), cashiers and cleaners that will report into the finance admin clerk/(s).
Management of the receptionists

  • Monthly one on one meetings with team members to determine training needs and wellbeing of the team member
  • Manage leave expectation of the centralized team members reporting into the role across the branches
  • Attend weekly meeting with the Financial Operational Controller to give feedback regarding the financial and administrative status of the branches
  • Report any irregularities to the Financial Operational Controller and assist with the investigation
  • Obtain quotes from suppliers, load onto Drive system for approval, and order items once approved
  • Assist accounts receivable with credit note queries
  • Assist CIT with collection of cash from drop safe, purchase consumables for drop safes
  • Manage petty cash for the branch
  • Manage daily balancing of Point of Sales (POS) day ends
  • Assisting cashiers with device and customer issues
  • Assist the centralised debtors teams with customer queries
  • Centralised work shared between senior finance admin clerks:
  • Management of Qdocs processes and the dispatch of documentation to central point for destruction
  • POS EOD variance management.
  • GPO process.
  • Asset management (Capex)
  • Exports documentation management.
  • Management of call volumes received per branch
  • Management of bank related matters with respect to drop safe, CIT pick up's, portable devices as well as speedee devises.
Ensure all financial and administrative policies and procedures are adhered to across the branches

Salary:
R10, R12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Cape Town,

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

  • Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (required)
Finance Admin: 4 years (required)
