The focus of the Junior CRM Manager is to utilise data to create a more engaging customer experience. You will be well versed in CRM methodologies with a good knowledge of HTML/CSS. You’ll be passionate about segmentation, personalisation and how the use of data can better identify, recognize, connect and engage customers. You will be strong in both CRM Campaign Management and Execution.

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The following responsibilities pertain to the Junior CRM Manager role:

- Collaborate with the CRM Manager to create life stage segment programs to build CRM campaigns for new, active, loyal and dormant players
- Monitor campaigns daily and recommend improvements to meet goals set by management. Collaborate with the Head of Brand, Content Manager and CRM Manager to prepare and execute unique CRM Campaigns that help build, maintain and grow the Travelstart and SafariNow client bases
- Provide measures on monitoring effectiveness of CRM campaigns, provide data requirements and execute hygiene initiatives.
- Perform customer data mining and analysis, and provide updated customer profile. Guard data integrity/hygiene; recommends enhancements to keep data clean/valid, etc.; monitors database health; provides regular customer data profile report.
- Becoming a champion for recommending process improvements, campaign mechanics and predicting possible churn.
- Be confident in creating reactive adhoc communications across various CRM channels Providing useful insights to the broader marketing team through analytics, metrics and campaign level reporting
- Be curious about how a better understanding customer data can support strategic thinking and campaign innovation
- Collaborate with the CRM Manager on onsite segmentation and personalisation strategies, working directly with the creative and development teams to execute.
- Execute processes supporting list preparation and generation.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent programs.
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS is a prerequisite
- 2 years’ experience in CRM marketing.
- 1-2 years’ experience in the travel industry to your advantage
- Proven track record of working on successful CRM campaigns
- Experience building and managing multiple online advertising and CRM campaigns Experience working with outside vendors including affiliate networks, publishers and creative agencies
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Computer skills with standard programs like Excel, Word and Photoshop.
